Multiple short block courses through my career including myofascial release, hot stone massage, organic skincare formulation, pregnancy massage, reflexology, Reiki 1 and 2, face massage, buccal and more. 

With nearly 20 years of clinical experience - I offer an integrated approach that weaves together remedial massage, holistic face and jaw massage, brainspotting therapy and oncology massage (when appropriate), supporting the body and nervous system as a whole.

My work blends evidence informed practice with deeply intuitive care, combining skilled hands on treatment, nervous system awareness and gentle therapeutic presence.

Some clients come for physical pain, tension and fatigue, others for stress, trauma, overwhelm or the simple need to exhale.

Every session is thoughtfully adapted to the person in front of me, creating space for both grounded clinical work and the quieter, harder to explain layers of healing that can happen with the body feels safe enough to soften.
